Screw 1 - for threaded blind holes a screw\n\t\t<\/br>is inserted into a bushing of a vibration isolator<\/h4><\/div>\n\t\n\t\n \n

\n\tOrder of operations:<\/strong>\n\t\t\t

1. lift a machine<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t

2. screw the mounting screws into the threaded holes in the base of a machine <\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t

3. slide the vibration isolators under the cylindrical points of the mounting screws<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t

4. lower a machine inserting the cylindrical points of the mounting screws into the bushings of the vibration isolators<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t

5. level the machine by turning the mounting screw right \u2013 lifting, left \u2013 lowering, level evenly on all mounting screws<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t

6. secure the leveling of a machine by clamping a spring washer on the mounting screws using a locknut<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t

7. verify the leveling of a machine after ca 1 week of operation and correct the leveling if required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<\/p>\n\t

A machine should be leveled at a minimal distance from the floor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

2. slide the vibration isolators with inserted mounting screws under the holes in the base of a machine <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

3.lower a machine inserting the mounting screws into the holes in the base of the machine\n<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

4. level a machine by turning the lower leveling nuts right \u2013 lifting, left \u2013 lowering, level evenly on all mounting screws \n<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

5.secure the leveling of a machine by clamping a spring washer on the mounting screws using the upper locknut\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n

6. verify the leveling of a machine after ca 1 week of operation and correct the leveling if required<\/strong>\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
