Order of operations:

  1. lift a machine higher than a vibration isolator
  2. slide the vibration isolators under the mounting holes in the base of a machine
  3. insert the mounting screws into the mounting holes and pre-screw to the threaded bushings of the vibration isolators
  4. lower the machine onto the vibration isolators
  5. level the machine by turning the mounting screw right – lifting, left – lowering, level evenly on all mounting screws
  6. secure the leveling of a machine by clamping a spring washer on the mounting screws using a locknut
  7. verify the leveling of a machine after ca 1 week of operation and correct the leveling if required.
